There were alot of activities for the kids, that was the thing that I liked the most. I was able to get a massage that they were giving totaly free. There were a total of 78 Service providers/Vendors present. It was a well organized and attended event, which offered free information, health screenings, give a-ways and entertainment to local families and residents. The venue was laid out with public safety and convenient access in mind. There was a need for better signage, but it was not detrimental to the overall safety of the event. One of the event coordinators had voiced a desire to reorganize this event to be more age specific, and possibly have quarterly fairs as opposed to an annual one. Perhaps event sponsorship might be more lucrative if the event has a more defined target audience. This event’s audience was for all ages. I enjoyed myself and was glad I attended. I thought the event was planned out well for many reasons. I liked that it was outside and that there was a play area for the children. I thought there was a plethora of information available and the topics presented at the booths were valauable. Free snacks were available and the people working at the booths were very nice and answered questions well.
